1. Who we are

POIndiaGuide ("we", "us") publishes the website at https://pocketoptionindia.blog. We are the data fiduciary for personal data collected via this site under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

2. Data we collect

• Analytics events (anonymised IP, page viewed, device class) via privacy-respecting analytics.
• Email address if you write to us — used only to reply.
• Cookies strictly necessary for site operation and, with your consent, for analytics.

3. We do NOT collect

We do not collect your Pocket Option credentials, payment details, KYC documents, or trading history. Those interactions happen entirely on Pocket Option's own platform.

4. Affiliate tracking

When you click an affiliate link, the destination broker may set its own cookies to attribute a referral to us. This does not pass your identity to us.

5. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act and (if applicable) the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Email editor@pocketoptionindia.blog.

6. Data retention

Inquiry emails are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Analytics events are retained in aggregated form for 14 months.
